1. ADMISSION: A. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS.
A candidate to be admitted into this Bible Institute must have the following qualities:
i. He/She must have true Salvation with the ability to share the testimony of his/her salvation bodly
ii. He/She must have a special assignment in a particular Church.
iii He/She must have gone through water baptism with the relevant doctrinal teachings.
iv He/She must have personally encountered God and delivered from sin.
v. He/She must be able to accept discipline and always ready to obey.
vi. He/She must have ready to lead a life that gives glory to God and always running away from those things that can profane the name of God.
vii. He/She must be able to read and write legibly.
B DIPLOMA; To be qualified for the award of Diploma, the Student have to fulfil the following requirements .
(Advanced Christian Leadership A.C.L.)
a He/She must complete a two year couse.
b He/She must go for Ministerial Attachment.
C He/She must present a three copy thesis on a subject which shall be recommended by the board of studies of the Institute.
d. He/She must pass all subjects especially all the core-courses .
e. He/She must be punctual in class for at least 75% of the total days in which each course runs.
f. Any student who fails any of the core- courses will rerun the course(s) when next it is available before he/she can graduate.
(Christ Armour Bearing CAB)
a. He/she must complete a year course .
b. He/She must be punctual in the class for at least 75% of the total days in which each course runs.
c. He/She must attend all practical ministrations at any location, during the course of study .
d. He/She must present a three copy thesis on a subject which shall be recommended by the Board of Studies of the Institute.
e. He/She must pass all subjects especially the core- courses.
f. Any student who fails any of the core courses will re-run the course(s) when next it is available before he/she can graduate.
C PAYMENTS:
All monies stipulated in the Application Form and such as recommended by the Management of the Institutes must be paid in full before the commencement of lectures.
2 PUNCTUALITY
a. Every Students must be punctual and in school on time.
b. No Student must miss class more than 25% of the total number of times the class opens.
c. An official reguest must be made by the student and permission must be obtained from the school in respect of the days in which the student will be absent from school.
d. Medical report must be obtained from a recognized medical practitioner in respect of ailing student who is absent from school without official permission.
e. Disciplinary action shall be taken against any student who come late to school and those who are absent without official permission.
f. A letter of warning be issued to any student whose records show that he had been absent from school for 25% out of the total number of classes for 5 course. Letter of expulsion will follow if the student exceeds the 25% ceiling.
3. DRESSING:
As soldiers of Christ who observe to follow after holiness, our dressing shall be:
a. Moderate and neat all the time.
b. It must not reveal our nakedness; transparent fabrics are not allowed.
c. All students must dress formally.
d. All female students must cover their head while perming and strange hair –do is not allowed for Christ Armour Bearing Students.
e. The use of wrist watch, handkerchief and diary shall be part of the dressing for every student.
f. No student will be allowed to change his/her dress within the school premises.
4. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE STUDENT AND THE TUTOR;
The school creates an atmosphere for both the Students and the Tutors to relate together, however, each student must note the followings;
a. No student must antagonize any Tutor or argue blindly with the Tutor, it is expected of each student to humbly and reasonably ask questions on relevant matters which are confusing to him/her
b. Every student must co-relate peaceably with the Tutor and fellow students.
c. No student is allowed to gather the rest student for the purpose of fomenting trouble in the school.
d. A student can forward his/her grievance (s) to the school Management through the Student Union or through the Student Affairs Officer.
e. Any student who arrives the class 5 minutes after the commencement of the lecture will be punished before allowed to stay in the class.
