Those that were reckoned with as children are from a day old to 14 years of age. Children are the heritage of the Lord psalm 127; 3 they are the glory of every home. They are the glory-root of tomorrow generation though they are what were mentioned above at the same time they are the targets of the devil. The host of hell knows that if they can get the children they have got or won the future of mankind.

The devil as the arch-enemy of God, is out fighting very furiously, determining, purposefully, violently and silently too, to deceive, defile, deform, defeat, dribble, destroy, disorganize, disciple, derail, demonize, oppose, control, afflict and kill the heritage of God.

There are many parents whose children have been demonized, bewitched and discipled as accredited human agents of the devil (although they are as regular in the churches as the church pews), yet they are not aware. This is very shameful. If devil can penetrate all that far into the church of God, you can easily predict what the situation may be among the unbelievers. In fact, the devil is really having a good time in the territories of the unbelievers as regards spoiling and recruiting their children.

Is there any way for these children who are already in the chains and snares of the demons. YES. There is hope for them. And this is an anchored on the yoke-breaking power of Jesus, which is made available to every member of the church of God through the Holy Spirit.

Today, we can destroy all the work of the devil, set the captives free, expel demons and uproots every seed of the devil from the lives of those heritage of God that have been contaminated by the kingdom of darkness. We don’t have to write them off. This is why God has given the deliverance ministry to the Church. Isaiah 61: 1- 4. All that the devil has done in the lives of those very unfortunate children can be broken with the anointing of God. Christians are up to task if they are willing to follow the Bible.

HOW DEMONS ENTER CHILDREN

In some cases, their parents sold them to the devil ignorantly. Demons are evil disembodied personalities that are very stubborn. They cannot be seen with the ordinary eyes and they often seek to dwell in man. It has been said that their greatest desire is to have an earthly body to operate through.

Demons are spirit, which enter through open doors. They can enter into children because they too, like adults have spirit, soul and body. Even, demons do gain entrance into a foetus.

A young girl once confessed that her assignment for the kingdom of darkness was to recruit baby girls from the womb. Equally, too, we have come across demons that confessed that they entered their victim while they are in the womb.

Now, since it is obvious that demons can gain entrance into a foetus and into children, it is very important to briefly discuss how they gain such an entrance.

1.  PARENTAL INCIATION: Many children become possessed of demonic spirits          when their parents knowingly or ignorantly dedicate them to idols. In most   cases, such children are possessed of such demonic spirits behind those idols.

2.      LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES: Unpleasant life circumstances experienced by the parents can open up their children to demonic possession or invasion. Parent that have delay in child bearing and whom have visited many places i.e. false prophet, herbalists, occult prayer houses before they eventually begin to have children might have created an open door for demons to enter into their children.

3.      TIME OF WEAKNESS; Evil spirits take advantages of time of weakness. Every child heart or life is open for anything that seeks the opportunity to enter. The life of every child is vacant and, without adequate protection from the parents, they fall prey to the forces of darkness

4.      PARENTAL IGNORANCE rooms are something given through the ignorance or the parents to demons in the lives of their children. Most often because the ignorance of the devices of the devil, many parents and guardians do give room for demons in the lives of their children this could be my incision, carrying them to false prophets and herbalist shrines, giving them food sacrificed to idols and the spirit of the dead-Ancestral spirits.

The devil never failed to take over every ground given through activities we carry out in ignorance to expose the children to the demonic world.    

     

The Bible in Deuteronomy 18.10-14 warns against such activities that give legal ground to setan to operate in our territories. We can see that often, parents give the devil legal rights to operate in the lives of their children. Eph.4.27 surely, the devil never misuses that land of opportunity given to him to operate knowing or unknowingly.

This is why the Bible admonishes us ‘Neither give place to the devil’ and it has been said that setan will certainly occupy and ground given to him. This he accomplishes through demons. [11Cor.2.11].

5.      DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT: Children who are brought up in an environment, where there is an open worship of idols, water spirits and ancestral spirits are very susceptible to demon influence and possession.

6.      OCCULTIC HOUSES:  Children who are born or brought up in so called                                       spiritual churches or occult houses where demonic rituals and sacrifices are made very often. This exposed such children to demon influence and possession.

7.      DEMONIC FOOD: Eating of demonically contaminated foods given by “accredited” satanic human agents. . Rev.2: 14b.

8.      DEMONIC PROGRAMS: This takes p[lace through Discipleship programme of the kingdom of darkness. Today, there is high rate of initiation going on among children. There is high competition. Those children who have been initiated through the activities of other possessed children also fight restlessly to get other children initiated. And it seem as if the devil is telling these children who are possessed, “you are ordained to initiate other, there is a great reward to initiate others”.

9.      THROUGH INHERITANCE: The Psalmist says of God:  “He shall choose our inheritance for us” (Ps. 47:4a). The logic we want to prove here is clear. The devil is the father of all sinners, for it is written, “He that sinneth is of the devil”.

Today, many instances abound where demons able to dwell in persons through the use of inheritance. For example, if a child is told that he is like his parents, he is therefore expects to inherit their weakness and as such he becomes vulnerable.

Today, we have seen instances where the weakness and infirmities of parent are transferred to their children. This is made possible through the spirit of inheritance. Equally too, there are few cases of demonic possession that are transferable from parents to children.

Thus, in such situations, such children will have no alternative than to be possessed of such spirit. The demons are the “spiritual genes that transfer some sickness or infirmities which may be peculiar within some families to the next generation.

10.  CARELESSNESS OF THE PARENTS: The carelessness of parents in handling their children can open them to demons. Those parents who have spiritual father to protect their children may have themselves to blame. Those parents who teach their children to eat carelessly, anywhere may soon sell their children to the agents of the devil.

The relevant question we need to ask which also needed to be answered are:

1.      Should we allow the devil to hold these children for life in his darkness-dungeon? Isa.61: 1c.

2.      Should we allow the enemy of God to keep some of the heritage of God under heavy bondage forever in our time? Isa.61: 1b.

3.      Can’t we snatch them from the demons? Ps.54: 1-4.

4.      Can’t we hear the cry of those helpless children in the prison of the devil?

5.      Can’t we rise up in the power God to bombard the prison of the devil and set them free?

Oh! Their groaning, crying weeping and suffering cause the heart of God to bleed. We must go into action now before it is too late. This implies that we have to embrace and embark on the Deliverance ministry. We have to change our theology and tradition. Deliverance Ministry is Biblical and must only be carried out within the guidelines of the bible.

THE NEED FOR TOTAL MINISTRY

“… And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the CHILD, and delivered him to his father” (Luke. 9:42b).

As labourers in the most Fruitful field (Children Evangelism), most often, we cannot have total ministry without knowing how to minister deliverance to the children. It is worth saying that deliverance ministry is the basic and fundamental tool for producing the total child which is a product of a Total Bible Centered Ministry. Thus, this implies that if you do not know how to Minister Deliverance to children in the Bible way, your chances of having total Ministry are very slim. Therefore, we all need to pay a good attention to this teaching since it is our goal to have a total Ministry.

Equally too, we need to critically look at child evangelism Ministry as it is now with the “eye” of the prophet in order to discover the vital missing ingredients in the present day child evangelism Ministry. And until we discover these ingredients, we cannot, and will never be effective, dynamic forceful, supernatural, super-extra-ordinary in ministering deliverance to children. These missing ingredients in children evangelism of today form the pillars of successful and Bible centered deliverance ministry.

WHO TO HANDLE CHILDREN IN DELIVERANCE MINISTRY

Deliverance Ministry is a ministry for only the “Right Men”. Indeed it is a ministry for only right persons. The question is are you the right person? You cannot be the right person or man without really getting involved in the total ministry in child evangelism. And if you get involved in the total ministry in child evangelism without being the right person, you will not obtain good results.

Equally too, if you are even a right person for the deliverance ministry without the right strategies, right traditions, right methods right. Theology and right anointing you cannot be a success in this ministry.

I will like to firmly state the following facts to buttress the points I have made ever.

Many children workers or ministers have everything but power that breaks the yokes. Truly, many have the equipment teaching aids] the endowment tactics [methods] but not the right traditions, right theology and no transforming anointing, actions but no unction, social clubs but not Bible regeneration centers”.

CLINIC OPERATIONS WITH CHILDREN

In ministering Deliverance, especially to children, there are categories of victims and such category demand a special handling. Therefore, it is very essential to identify the various categories of the victims that may come under deliverance ministration in our faith clinic.

1.   EXTREMELY UNDER AGED VICTIMS:    All children below the age of three that are demonized, or invaded by demons can be referred to as under aged victims. These kinds of victims cannot really explain their plights. Thus, they need special handling and ministration pattern.

Ministering deliverance to this kind of group requires special anointing and understanding of the authority we have through Jesus.  A lady child Evangelist said such ministration needs a radical anointing”.

2.FAIRLY UNDER AGED VICTIMS:  These are children who are demonized but they are between the ages of 4-6.Although they can talk, they are not so much capable of narrating their experience without error. We need care and caution to deal with them.    In pre-deliverance ministration counseling, one has to take into consideration their erratic nature when synthesizing their response to our questions.

3.UNDER AGED VICTIMS:  These are children between the ages of 7-11,who are under the bondage of the demons. Although, they are under aged, they can narrate accurately all their strange experiences if they want to, especially when they are not under pressure. We need divine wisdom, patience and good understanding of children behavioral pattern to be able to get useful information from people in this category to determine the degree of the ministration.

4.UNCONSCIOUS VICTIMS:  These are victims who by the operation of the indwelling demons become very unconscious. You cannot get such people to undergo the normal deliverance protocol. We need extra- ordinary anointing to Minister to such people without asking them to follow the normal procedures.

5.CONSCIOUSLY WILLING VICTIMS:  These are people under the bondage of the devil who are very willing to get out of such bondages. They demonstrate their willingness by telling the truth and exposing every thing that need to take them through basic steps to deliverance. Also you need to give them the assurance of their absolute safety for exposing the works of the devil in their lives.

6.UNWILLING VICTIMS:  There are some children who are demonized but really don’t want to be set free because of the theat of the demons that if they dare confess, they would be killed. Equally too, it could be due to what they are over there in the spirit world. Many of them are in high position in their various convoys. And they do think in ignorance that they would be there forever. What a great lie of the devil.

What we need to do is get them convinced of the need to come out of the snares of the devil and the consequences of being in the camp of the enemy.

YOUR CLIENT/ PATIENCE PART IN DELIVERANCE

THE NORMAL STEPS TO DELIVERANCE:

1.He must be honest with God and himself by telling the whole truth and exposing every dark spot that can give a hiding place to the devil.

2.He must be willing to be free. That is, he/she must earnestly desire freedom.

3.He must remove every thing that will give the demons a legal right to remain. Any sin not sincerely confessed or repented will give the demon the right to remain. Ps.32 5; Ps.139: 23,24.

4.He must be very humble and forging –James.4:6-7, and must be faithful to the Minister or Counselor –Jam.15:16a.

5.He must renounce the devil, all known and unknown covenant or link with the devil-world. Act.19: 18-19. True renounciation is always backed up with demons. The renounciation must be done verbally in the presence of the Minister.

6.He must meet God’s condition of obtaining mercy by forging all others who have ever wrong him in any way. Failure to do this will hinder that person being totally set free once and for all. (Read Matt.6: 14-15; 18:21-3

CONUNSELOR/ MINISTER`S PART IN DELIVERANCE.

Ministering Deliverance is warfare, for it is a moment of ejecting the unwilling illegal occupants from where they so much cherish to be. It requires force, power, authority, good knowledge of the warfare, faith and absolute confidence in God.

1.The Minister must be right with God. If you are not right with God, everything will rebel against you. Jn.15: 4

.

2.He must first of all cover himself with the blood of Jesus.

3.He must take authority over those demons and bind them in Jesus name.  Matt.28:18-19.

4.Rebuked the devil- set a crushing weight upon them by the power of anointing.

5.Give specific instructions – “come out “ etc.

6.He must be orderly in giving the instruction and must be forceful

.

7.He must resist the demons in faith. And the demons will leave. Stand against the demons in

the power of authoritative prayer until the demons are all gone. Jam.4: 7.

8.He must be patient, watchful and attentive to the spirit.

Most children by the age of five or six should be give a simple explanation of what one is going to do before one begins the ministration. They need to know that one is not talking to them but to the spirits in them, otherwise they may be offended or frightened by the words of command addressed to the evil spirits.

HINTS.

                         

1.        “Be wise and discern reactions in the child attributable to the spirit being stirred up. The spirit may cause the child to resist being held. He may cry or scream to make one think it is the child being hurt or wronged, so that you\parent will become so sympathetic with the child that you will stop the ministration and  the demon retain  their hold.

2.        In ministering to children, it will do us good to know the fact that, it is not the loudness of the command that makes the demon to come out but the authority in name and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ..

HOW DO INFANTS AND CHILDREN RETAIN THEIR DELIVERANCE

Generally, it is being said that it is easier to receive deliverance than to keep or maintain the deliverance. Thus, in the case of the infants and children, how would they keep themselves free from the demons once they are delivered, since they are not competent to protect themselves?

It is the responsibility of the parents. In the Bible, we find that when Jesus ministered to children one or both of the parents were present. It is the responsibility of the parents to be the spiritual guardians of their children. Jesus demonstrated this fact when He delivered the child to the father casting out the unclean spirits.

“ And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him

to his father.” (Lk.9: 42b)

This is where we have the problem today, many of the parent are not Christians and when they are even Christians, they are not mature, emotional and fearful. Their action at home is because many give all sorts of bad names to such children even after their deliverance. Single out such children and label them in a way, as ‘evil seed’. ‘Little danger’ e .t .c.  Ezek.35: 5. This is very dangerous; it can earn us the wrath of God.

                          THE ORGAINSATION OF DEMONS

Satan pretended as if he is omnipresent, that is he seems to be present everywhere at the same time, but the facts is that he is limited to one geographical location at a time.

But what the devil does is that he re-produces his spirit, and he organized them in such a way that those who did not know his tactics will believe that he (satan) is omnipresent. In Rev.2: 13 Bible said that satan eat was at Pergamos, but he has likely removed it several times since then and today if can be find anywhere.

Satan operates a well-organized multitude of demons: Rev 12:4, 7, some of the fallen angels is even now reserved in chain under darkness Jude 6.

                  

                    ORGANIZATION IN A PERSON

As you are ministering deliverance, the first demon to face, especially if the victim get violent with you is: Frontier or Deputy Chief demon” he always stay in the front to attack anything that want to temper with their kingdom, he always argue with you, so if you don’t know him, it is a this point that many deliverance minister get discouraged.

Second one is the lesser demons, this set is always numerous and they surround their chief, this set of demons do not usually talk and when tormented during deliverance ministration they take their live and go out.

The Third set is the chief demon of the leader or the commander of all, he stay at the back, so you will face him last, but many deliverance minister will not ever get to this one before getting discourage or loose their anointing.

SYMPTOMS OF PEOPLE UNDER DEMONIC BONDAGE

From the scripture and from field experience. The two methods that had been discovered are Supernatural and Natural.

The Supernatural way of determining the presence of demons in you or in someone else is by what the Bible calls discernment of spirits in Icor.12: 10.

EXAMPLES ARE:

1.      Peter and the Lord Jesus. Matt. 16:21-23.

2.      Ananias and Sapphira versus Peter. Acts. 5:1-12.

3.      Young girl who followed Paul and his team Acts.16: 16-18.

The natural way of identifying people under demonic bondage is by examining their actions and reactions. E.g.

1.      Sometimes people fall into a trance. Their eyes are closed and when you open their eyelids their eyeballs roll back and the white parts show.

2.      As with the demon possessed man of the Gerasenes of Mrk 5:3-4 even the most timid and harmless house wife can become as strong as an ox and violently.

3.       Some people suffer from organic disturbances, especially in the stomach region.

4.      The evil spirit in the person may cause him to fall down and act as if he is dead under deliverance ministration.

5.      When children always talking in the dream some reasonable sentences.

6.       If a little children love to isolate himself to a secret place and always talking alone.

7.      A man who is a slave to any habit, that is when a habit is controlling you, even against your will or desire, e.g. addition to alcoho, cigarettes, drugs, sex. E.t.c. I strongly suspect demons.

Watch out for the following sign also.

        1.When the sickness has not been cured nor has it been identified nor has its cause           

            Been known after a long time or after having been to one or many hospital seeing doctors.

            2. Hearing of voices from the spirit world

            3.  Unnatural feeling of movements in various parts of body.

            4.   At times a smell like sulphur or other moxious aromas will come from        the person who is under demonic bondage.

                       

                                   

HOW TO RECOGNISE DEMON IN A PLACE

           

1. Unnecessary odur in a place.

            2. Strange atmosphere.

            3.  Unusual manifestation of certain creatures e.g.

                        I.  Big rat in the daylight.

                        II. Owis flying about in the daylight

                        III. Appearance of snake in the bedroom.

      4.   Unusual barking of dog.

      5.    Manifestation of the bees in the house.

      6.      Manifestation of ghost in a place, e.t.c

RECOGNISING DEMON IN A PERSON

1.        Useless of Christianity in a life of person or spiritual deterioration

2.         Doubt and unbelieve concerning the scripture, e.g.

(a)      Inability to exercise faith

(b)       Destrusting God and his promises e.t.c.

3.        Religious error, which is committing error always on spiritual assignments.

4.        Extreme antagonism that is not submitting to other people`s opinion.

5.        Inability to receive the Baptism of Holy Spirit.

6.        Inability to believe Jesus or to confess Him.

7.        Inability to read Bible or concentrate in prayer.

8.        Irrelivant action in the time of services or any meeting.

9.        Blaspheme to God or his work, or opposition to God.

10.    Thought of death e.g. thoughts of suicide.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DELIVERANCE MINISTER.

   

1.  Do not tolerate any know sin in your life. Confess all sins and forsake them

      Even before you step in to deliverance ministration Proverb28: 13; Ps 32:3,5; Matt 5:48; 1John 1:9.

     

                2.     Keep your mind on a NEUTRAL gear emotionally to be able to deal with

Everybody in righteousness and holiness, as you know that deliverance ministration at times may require that you touch the victim.

               

3.      Never cherish resentment, ill feelings or bitterness against anybody. Forgive

Them all, this is for your own good.

             

4.      Cultivate strong Christian habits like regular Bible reading, meditation and

Prayer and fellowshipping with other believer.

     

5.      Do not neglect fasting. Fast regularly and pray and read the word Matt.17: 21 

Means that prayer should go along with fasting.
